Cristian was referred to me by a coworker to clean my roof, he spent hours removing all the debris and brushing the moss off of my home, cleaned out all the gutters when he was finished and removed every speck of debris and moss. He returned after a it had rained to apply the moss control. The work was outstanding and for the exact price he quoted the first time out. Had a lot of moss on my roof and my gutters were overflowing. I got a referral from a friend to call PNW Roof Cleaning. Cristian was able to come out the following day to give me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and explained the moss removal process which he does by brush. Once Cristian finished the work, he showed me before and after pictures and I was amazed at the work. I am very happy with the results and I will definitely be calling him back this summer to clean up my driveway and back patio. I would recommend PNW to anyone looking for these services. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We’ve used other places in the past and have been less than impressed. It’s quite the opposite with PNW they exceeded all of our expectations. I won’t use anyone else to clean our roof, house exterior & gutters.

Cristian cleaned my roof, gutters and driveway and I was very impressed. My driveway has not been this clean since it was new! He also did a little extra out by the curb and some of my retaining garden blocks. He was very responsive and the price was very reasonable! We were referred to PNW Roof Cleaning & Pressure Washing through a friend in the Real Estate business and had prior experience with my wife’s mother having her roof cleaned in preparation for sale. Our experience with Christian (Owner) was stellar. Prompt, reliable and provided the specified service thoroughly. I have found exceptional service with PNW Roof cleaning and very well priced. My insurance company was going to cancel our insurance because our roof had some moss on it and a little discoloring. PNW roofing cleaned the roof and gutters and took before and after pictures with his drone. I sent those pictures along with the invoice to my insurance company for review. The insurance company got back to me indicating that based on the pictures that were sent they will continue to insure our house. PNW roofing is very responsive and professional. Very pleased with the quality and service! Cristian did an excellent job on our roof. He installed the anchor necessary for our roof, it's very steep. The moss on one side was pretty thick and he removed it all. He takes pride in his work and it definitely shows.

I hired Cristian from PNW Roof Cleaning to clean my home's gutters and treat my roof for moss. The work was top notch, and fairly priced. I sought out several quotes and found Cristian's price to be very competitive, and despite the lower cost the work quality was very high. He was timely, and had good availability for my time. After finishing the moss treatment, Cristian even flew a drone over my house to snap the attached photo, and you can see clean and clear gutters in addition to the moss treatment he applied on the full roof. During the moss treatment he even found a couple nails sticking out of my roof, which he removed and filled with a sealant to protect my roof. I plan to hire Cristian again next year and highly recommend his work! Easy 5 stars.

Best experience with a service professional I've had in a long time. I've had my metal roof pressure washed many times over the last few years. Never once has anyone come on time, done the work without issue, gone above and beyond. Not only did they pressure wash the roof, the blew the entire top of the house clean, used a mechanical brush to scrub the roof (never had that with other providers). They then did the entire exterior of the house. They did so carefully, and thoroughly. Bringing to my attention a few issues I'd not noticed that needed my immediate attention. Once finished, they cleaned the entire job site, including putting the debris where we asked them to. They then cleaned my entire yard around the house (including my back deck) leaving it spotless. 10/10 would recommend and now have a "exterior" house cleaner for as long as I have my home.
